How creepy would it be to get hacked and when you logged onto a website all you see are pictures of victims of murder. And the accused guy was said to be innocent by the hacker. Yeah that would rank a 10 on the creepy scale.

So the man was drugged and fed the info on the killings and said he was the one who did it but he said that when he wasn't drugged he was innocent. So Garcia was the brains behind the Bomb which is a virus so whenever they try to track where the guy is they lose part of the code.
